The new Minister of Labor and Welfare, Onyx Lorenzoni, is studying a project to increase hiring in the public sector, with a focus on town halls, without registration in a work card, under the CLT regime, according to the newspaper O Globo. The target would be groups of people between 16 and 29 years old and also those over 50 years old. Lorenzoni took office on Tuesday (3) during a ceremony reserved in his office, in the presence of President Jair Bolsonaro.
The objective would be to extend the Productive Inclusion Bonus (BIP) program, initially created for the private sector, also for the public service. The project consists of the granting of a grant to the worker in the amount of R $ 550, in addition to a qualification course. The idea is that town halls can also join this program, part of the scholarships being funded by the federal government.
