The National Support Program for Micro and Small Enterprises (Pronampe) lent 30% of the 25 billion reais of the program during the first week of operation of the new version. 7.6 billion reais were loaned to 92,000 companies. The information was published by the newspaper O Globo.
The new version started earlier this month, with strong demand for credit even with interest rates higher than those used in 2020. Banco do Brasil and Bradesco have already exhausted the limits available for Pronampe, by 3, 2 billion reais and 1.7 billion reais respectively. BB is the bank that has granted the most credit so far. Caixa Econômica Federal appears next, with 1.8 billion reais out of the 6.3 billion reais, and Bradesco in third.
