Pilots and flight attendants accepted a proposal presented by the Higher Labor Court (TST) and ended the strike in the category which was to start on Monday (29). The National Union of Airlines participated in a conciliation hearing with the National Union of Airlines (SNEA) last Saturday (27) and accepted the proposal suggested by Minister Agra Belmonte, rapporteur for collective bargaining.

The proposal provides for an immediate adjustment for the category of 75% of the national consumer price index (INPC) of the last 12 months on the fixed and variable part of the salary and of 100% of the INPC of the last 12 months on the national daily meals and food vouchers.

The Minister also proposed the full renewal of the social clauses of the collective labor agreement for regular aviation. In the online vote, the air workers agreed to the terms and ended the strike.
